Home prices rise in Australian cities for first time since 2010

Residential property prices in Australian cities have increased for the first time since December 2010, according to the latest figures published by the Australian Bureau of Statistics. I read all this late news about houses' prices in Australia going up, but the question remains: with all these increased prices how many people will be able to afford buying a house?
