Home ownership amongst those aged 25 to 34 has collapsed

When you consider the massive change in relative spending power for those aged between 25 and 34 it is no surprise to see a reduction in home ownership. Will this ever change or are we past the point of no return?

It is simply down to the relative cost of homes in the UK especially in the South of England. Quite how or when this will change is debatable. How would you pull back the value of UK homes without alienating those who already own their own property?
