Help needed

    we are one of moor than 4 floors investors in Sobha Sapphire building in Bussunes Bay
    the developer go to RERA ,and RERA give us final 30 days notice to make the due payments or they are going to cancel our purchased floor and Cancellation of Contract & Forfeiture our money
    can you advice us what to do

    to the sobha and try to negtiate some thing with them thats the only best thing you cold do their construction has started , and all the laws in the book will be supporting them to make you a defaulter or to make you pay .
    get all the best option , and senario out sit n talk

    HI,

    How much have you paid? What's the status of the construction? If the construction hasn't started and you have paid 20% you are not liable to pay more unless construction starts. But if it has started all you can do is negotiate with the developer.
