Handover steps ?!

Hi all,

I've a property in Dubai Land that should be handed over within the next couple of month,

Does any one knows what should be the process of the handover, what do i need to pay for the developer and the land department , Dewa ..etc.

any feedback will be highly appreciated

Hi Badrah
You should receive some communication from the Developer advising you of the steps you need to take - there will be certain documents you have to provide in order to complete the process. Do you intend to go to Dubai in person to complete ? or are you authorising a Lawyer to act on your behalf ? This way you can get everything done and often the Lawyer fees are less than the costs of you flying over and paying for accomodation etc - plus its probably less hassle! You will have transfer fees to pay and fees to register with DEWA for utilities etc. In the first instance I would request information directly from the developer.
