Has anybody done this? I've been living in a guardianship property (moderated) in Sydenham, London. After all the press about guardianship properties this lot are the real deal - great alternative for renting in London or around the country. Cheap fee to live there and LOADS of room. All bills included. It's so easy. Would recommend to anyone.
