It does not matter if you comply with the rules and regulations, foreign nationals beware of buying property in Goa. The Indian government are looking into properties bought within the last 10 years as far as I am aware a lot of buyers are worried about losing their properties. There is a grey area around the rules and regulations. It appears the government have changed the rules.
