Global Property Resolutions

Has anyone been approached by Global Property Resolutions (GPR) or have any feedback from having dealt with them please
I have bought on a development in the Costa Blanca through Instant Access Properties (I know I know) where the developer is in administration and GPR can exchange the contract for a similar property an alternative development as well as transferring my deposit for a fee of £3k.
Anyone aware if this can legally be done please?

The deposit will belong to the administrator so I cant see them squeezing it back.

They'll probably just create a discount against a similar overpriced project to make it look like a deposit has been paid, but keep €3000 of your spondoolies.

After further investigation into the "true" value of the property on the alternative investment I have been offered, you are right on the money
If it is too good to be true...
To anyone else considering Global Property Resolutions, please do your research and dont get caught like I did first timne around
