Getting off the starting blocks

We are looking to buy our first investment property and we don’t know who to speak to first. Do we approach a solicitor, mortgage broker or property agent first?

Before you approach any third parties about buying a property I would suggest doing your own research on property websites and forums. Get a feel for the markets, look at different investment strategies and then once you are ready to invest at least you will not be going in totally blind. Also, do your own research on any recommendations you receive and background checks on companies you deal with before you sign up to anything.
