Hi all, we recently received a letter Im to let us know that the freehold to our estate had been transferred from the developer to a company called Trivium Land (No1) Limited.

included with the letter was a list of standard charges. For example to get a statement of account would cost £50 etc…

However some of the 59 residents, myself included, also received a letter to inform us that our kitchen extension and driveway hadn’t had permission from the Freeholder and are potentially a breach of the lease.
Ive found the company online but there are no contact details other than an email address.

Does this sound legit?
