This community is in the “Cool Springs” Franklin area and is very desirable for many buyers because it is located near great schools, shopping and dining. The Meade is one of five neighborhoods nestled inside of a larger area known as Avalon. The Meade of Avalon is a 133 acre master planned subdivision. The schools here have received top scores in Tennessee. There are many amenities available to the Franklin homes in the area. The Harpeth River is nearby where residents enjoy the great outdoors and peaceful surroundings. There are three parks located close by: Judge Fulton Greer Park, Cheek Park and Fieldstone Park. The Fairways on Spencer Creek is also very close to the Monticello Subdivision. Cool Springs TN is a mere couple of minutes away and offers a lot of shopping and dining choices.

Moss Lane is in Franklin TN just west of I-65 off Lewisburg Pike. This location has easy access to I-65 and Downtown Franklin is a short drive to the north. The small town of Thompson’s Station is just south of the Moss Lane Subdivision. Built in the 70s, each of these single family homes in Franklin sits on about one acre. Most houses in this neighborhood have between 1,500-2,500 sq. ft. of living space. The majority of homes are ranch style and cost approximately $200,000-$300,000. There are large yards and long driveways and there are large, mature trees throughout the neighborhood. Moss Lane is located in Williamson County which has the highest ranked schools in the state.

The Sullivan Farms Subdivision is located west of Iinterstate 65 and south of Mack Hatcher Memorial Parkway. This is one of the largest neighborhoods in Franklin because it has nearly 750 homes spread across seven separate areas: The Chase, The Cove, The Ridge, The Run, The Meadows, The Highlands and The Downs. This area was developed between mid-80s through 2004 and the house prices range from an affordable $200,000-$400,000. This is a wonderful place for families to live. Sullivan Farms offers its residents many benefits like strong schools and a private neighborhood pool. The Sullivan Farms Subdivision has a homeowners association for its residents with a current annual fee of $350. Neighbors stay connected through their community Facebook page and they enjoy hosting an annual yard sale. There are several shopping and dining options close by and the local YMCA is also located nearby.

Walnut Winds Subdivision in Franklin, Tennessee

Walnut Winds is close to Interstate 65 off of Lewisburg Pike in Franklin, TN. There is a beautiful brick entrance into the neighborhood and the craftsmanship of homes is remarkable. The houses are built of brick and they have big yards and mature trees. There are single family homes and many offer two-story floorplans with 3 car garages. The people living in Walnut Winds take very good care of their property. This is one of the many Franklin communities that has its own HOA. The children living in Walnut Winds attend the Williamson County School District which has repeatedly earned top recognition within Tennessee. The neighborhood is conveniently located 10 minutes from Downtown Franklin and Cool Springs. There are plenty of shopping and dining choices in this area.

Windsor Park Subdivision in Franklin TN

Windsor Park is located just north of Goose Creek Pass and west of I-65, off of Lewisburg Pike. This beautiful Franklin subdivision has homes starting around $300,000. As you enter into this community you will be greeted by a warm, comforting feeling. Lush landscaping and winding streets lead you through this neighborhood. As you wander down the streets, you will immediately notice the long driveways that lead to the beautiful homes that are comfortably tucked back from the roadway.
