Hi all,
I live in New Zealand and i've heard that in the UK you have access to foreign currency mortgages. I am aware of the currency risks but it looks like it coule be worth it as we have some of the highest rates in the world currently.
I would be looking to utilise them to purchase property in both New Zealand and parts of Australia.
I would be willing to look at setting up a UK based trust or similar if it would help get around residency issues.
Can anyone here either help or point me in the right direction?
