has anyone heard of the Florenza beach resort development. The brochure looks good and they are offering finance.

Its in the arabia district, about 15 mins walk from the marina & sekalla and about the same in the opposite direction to el dahar. We live not far from the development and whilst I don't know much about the costs etc.. I can say it is a huge development which i believe is due to be completed by the end of next year. They do seem to have moved fairly quickly over the last 12 months and it is coming together nicely. If i get chance over the next few days i will try take some pictures and post them for you

are there multiple agents for each area being sold as now that I have started to look at develoments I have noticed that there is more than one company selling in Florenza Khasmin area?
