Flipping??

Hi there,

I've got few investments overseas and probably looking to "flip" one of them just before/ upon completion. What I'd like input on is how to do this eg who do I sell to? How do I do it? Where do i find buyers? What is the legal arrangment bearing in mind I have signed a contract with the developer? What about the transfer of money?

Any input would be appreciated.
