The hot market always profits a seller (IMO). So, How is the idea of flipping a house and selling it when the market is hot? What do you feel about this? Suggestions are welcome
I totally agree. When a market is "hot" it means that many investors are just following the crowd and not necessarily thinking about "fair values". I would describe this as the froth on the market, that moment before reality hits home and people realise they have bought in at the top of the cycle.
I always associate flipping properties in a hot market to trading in the premium created by demand which is basically "follow the leader" and not always associated with traditional valuation methods.
