I am planning to purchase a flat where that land is on lease for 999 years. is it good to purchase flat on land which is on lease for 999 years? does this create a problem at the time of selling it after some years? I want to re-sale it after some years. In general, does people prefer to buy flat on leased land? What are pros and cons of buying the flat on land which is lease for 999 years? Need your opinion. Please suggest.
