Hi there. We are first time buyer. Currently in process of buying a 3bedroom house. Unfortunately the process is on hold at the moment as the seller's solicitor can't issue contracts papers until they get the deed out from the seller's mortgage lender. Seller gave power of attorney to her child. She is selling on behalf of her mother. My query is does anyone know how long it takes to get deed out from the mortgage lender(bank) ?
