Hi All,
I am currently living with parents and intend to continue doing so for the foreseeable future. I have never owned any property. I am looking to buy my first property but as a buy to let. The value of the property is about £450k. Will the stamp duty holiday be applicable in my case? According to the calculator on the Which website I wont have to pay any stamp duty - although in other places I have read that I would need to pay 3%. I would really appreciate some clarity on the issue.
