Hi, I thought a thread that groups all financing options would be quite interesting. Please add your experiences and special, creative ideas to help others get the best deals around.
I would also like someone to explain islamic finance to me as i see this on increasingly more websites nowdays, in South Africa, our one bank, ABSA, has such a service, but i still am not 100% sure if anyone can use this and how it would work if one tries to finance buy-to-rent properties... i would like to get Dubai properties, could this be an option?
