Just on a completely different note, has anyone relocated to Egypt from Europe by car? Is it fessible?

Hi,
From what ive heard from the local people cars are generally very dear in Egypt,so if you are relocating there permanently you may want to get in touch with the Egyptian embassy to see if there is any duty to be paid within Egypt once you get there.
It may not even affect you but its best to get some info on it.
