Of course, even if I who is an overseas buyers - knowing the fact that property and housing prices are getting low on certain areas, I definitely will get interested on buying property on that certain area. What leaves here is the real estate business firms left with low housing market - low revenue or profits that they could make - as well as probably poor performance rates on their side.
