Hi Guys,
I am now pursuing my second property investment but I am hesitant because in order to make great profit, I need to ensure I can extend the basement height to legally turn the ground floor flat from a 1 bedroom to a 3 bedroom property.
Has anyone here dug into the basement floor of a 1900s converted flat before?
The property is a 1 bedroom on the ground floor, then staircase down to two very large basement rooms.
The height just now is only 1.8 meters which is not enough to pass as a 3 bed property, it needs to be 2.3 or above.
Any advice or suggestions?
