expired planning permission land

    Does land with expired planning permission, have a greater value than general unpermissioned land? Should it?

    In theory it should have a greater value - somewhere between land with permission and land with no permission. The fact planning permission was granted at some time in the past would suggest it could be granted again - but as we know, nothing is ever guaranteed when local authorities get involved.

    In theory yes it should be worth a little more but never take anything for granted when it comes to plannig permission and local authorities!
