Hello,

My husband and I selling our 5 year old shared ownership property in London. Our buyers solicitor has just sent over 200 enquiries to our solicitor despite having some of the information already.
Is it normal to send this amount of enquiries?

Maybe, there is a solid reason that in spite of having information already, sending many enquiries.

It sounds a little excessive, but it might be just them being a little overly careful and cautious.
