What would you suggest? Buy to let where the rent should always cover your mortgage payments? Or have you got something else in mind?

Surely there must be a degree of interest/charges even in a rent 2 buy arrangement? Or at the very best they will be paying a premium over and above the property value? Otherwise it would be an interest free mortgage?
