Egypt's ... Sub standard properties

I recently took a trip to Sharm El Sheikh to have a look at the properties for sale
/ rent basically with the view to moving there to continue my work in Real Estate

Very quickly i realised why they are cheap !!
Cheap & cheerfull came to mind .. i found the finish in most Apt compounds
{i wont name them } just diabolical .. absolutely SUB STANDARD !!!
and could be quite dangerous to perspective tenants long term

Electrical wiring in particular { bare wires sticking out of the back of cooker }
Door frames very poorly fitted
Kitchen sinks that looked like they have been ripped out of old houses & re fitted in new Apts & very poorly
Quite large gaps between floors & walls
Big problems with sewerage & the smell ... this was in Nov not the summer}
and the management that maintain some of these places ... well

I am not saying they are all the same but i do know my business & i have given y opinion on the ones i saw
Anyone looking to purchase there ..my reccommendation fly out & take a serious look around 1st

Needless to say i flew right back out of the place
