Al Madinat at Waterfront is happening now, there are number of launches around. There are units from Profile starting at 2300 to 2500 for up to g+10, and anything above (sea views) is at 2800. Then there is Omniyat launching at 4350!. What’s your thoughts? Are you aware of any cheaper launches there? Then, again, if it’s cheaper, the question is what kind of payment plan is in place and who is the developer?
My thoughts are that as long as there is a clear and safe exit route (units by the developer that has a history of good resale),then the price shouldn’t matter.
