Do u guys think this project will go ahead?
I heard Deyaar has cancelled and returned its plots..
This project was sold at exorbitant prices...2 B/R were going for 4500 sq/ft..
also most of the developers are not 'big' names..
al faraa, kensington, sheth developers..
I dont think any of them will build in this environment..so far no construction has started for any developer...
according to me this was an excellent idea but ahead of its time
