HI !
Can anyone provide more info about the developer and this particulat developments prospects.
As I understand its a new developer with couple of off plan projects but experiences with them do count.
I am looking at 1 bd room in that area with price around 1200 psf in resale so it includes 15-17% premium.
what are the recomendations should I consider this area or look into another place
