Do you trust your government to look after real estate markets?

Governments around the world have their own agenda with regard to the economy. When you bear in mind the enormous power this gives governments, do you trust your government to look after your local real estate market?

Polish goverment it's a big band of rams, that's too stupid to care about anything. :/

The sad fact is that many governments around the world have a vested interest in economic booms ahead of elections to ensure they get as many votes as possible. For many people the main area of wealth is their property and therefore politicians are very often accused of manipulating the property market ahead of elections.

It is difficult to underestimate the influence that economic and fiscal policies hold over the worldwide real estate market, a power which is in the hands of politicians.

In Spain for now whenever we had secured our properties and sure this continues so long

I don't trust it at all...

I will give them last part of my trust for anything not only for property. Seriously they think about their own benefit first and for them people on the earth comes later.
