Also to bear in mind is that traditional estate agents will do viewings and know exactly what to say to potential buyers and are there as a buffer between the vendor and buyer. Selling a house can be very stressful and to have someone taking much of the stress away from you is worth every penny that estate agents charge.

@Veronica , I totally agree with your comments because buying and selling a property involves a significant amount of money. Unless you have the relevant expertise can you really afford to go down the no advice route?

I would not feel comfortable using “no advice” property websites. The correct property market advice can be worth its weight in gold!
