Discounted Spanish Developments

Hello everyone,

I have a cash fund available for developments in Spain, that are finished, low to middle quality that are suitable for rental to the local population.

It is hundreds of millions of euros, the developments must be maximum 30 to 40% of the bank valuation in price.

eg. If the bank valuation is 100, then the price we would pay is 30 to 40% of this.

We would like ideally 20 units minimum in size , new build, or close to finish, all papers in place, legal etc.
