Developers in India pitch back into the luxury market with new high end projects

After ditching luxury property construction during the global recession, developers in India are*again returning to the high end of the market as demand rises.

According to consultants Jones Lang LaSalle Meghraj and Knight Frank India there are about 7,000*luxury apartments to be delivered within a year in Mumbai alone.

Thats right, Even Lodha Developers have planned to Build the worlds Tallest residential building in Mumbai. with the help of other investors such as HDFC. India is going on par with the world realestate market. :)

it is indeed true. In Pune too, Urban Space, Marvel Sangria and many more such luxurious projects are coming up in the next 2 years.

Its definitely true, indian real estate market growing day by day. Many developers are launching their projects in different indian cities.

yes. definitely. "india Infoline also planned to invest 260 crore in three mumbai projects primarily in the form of loans to developers, who will use the money for project development, to buy construction rights for projects and for acquiring land.
