Hi Hannah

I have bought a 2 bed apartment from Khuyool in JVS. All dealings with them have been good so far. Before I paid the first payment I got a draft copy of the payment. There were a few issues in the draft contract but my solicitor ironed these out with them. Once I made first payment they issued the final contract quickly.

Since then I have called them for updates. Everything they have told me makes sense to what I have read regarding delays in Nakheel handing over the plots etc.
