Hi Everyone
First time on here.
We have a tenant who refuses to leave.
He has asked us to serve a s21
We have never done this before.
We have everything absolutely in order
EXCEPT
When we set up the DPS account it saved or went to next page before we completed the address ie first line missing.. We never worried about this as the full address gets put on the PI form.
The T has taken the incomplete Deposit Cert to the LA to challenge the validity of S21.
Before I ask a really expensive solicitor - does any know if a partial address on a DPS Deposit Certificate, will invalidate the 21 process.
