Defaulting on a mortgage in Turkey

Hi, can anyone please help me with this? If I default on a mortgage on my property in Turkey and it is repossessed, can they come after me for any assets I have in the UK? The mortgage was taken out directly with the bank in Turkey.
I appreciate any information you can give me on this.

Hello
Practically is very difficult but it is possible. Incase the property does not covers the debts to the bank the bank have the right to start case in your homeland as well.
