Hi everybody,

The following courtesy of Jain Goodall from the Bulgaria property Forum:

I wish to remind everyone that you may not post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or you have the permission of the copyright owner. This applies to text on the internet or in print (from news sources, articles, books, etc) and also applies to images on the net or in print.

Please note that copyright issues are not open for debate and you must err on the side of caution. A post with copyrighted material can only be allowed to stay if the poster has stated it's their own work, or they have permission to reproduce it and they have a link back to the original article/image. So, please don't post an article if you don't fulfil all these criteria.

Furthermore, if we are requested by a copyright owner to remove their content we must do so at once and not ignore such a request. Should we be contacted with a valid complaint of such nature, the offending post/thread will be removed immediately.

Thanks
