I tried once to make contact with others but perhaps I was not specific.

I have purchased a property on Melbourne. The date given for completion is March + 30 days.

I would appreciate contact with others in the same position as me which is, do I complete or could I be wasting more money.

I don't know if the figures are valid but the rental agencies I've gone out to say at least 1500 Euro per month (once the whole of Melbourne is complete)

1500 euro is 1350 sterling. What would you rent in your home town for this money??????????????? You are not in Bucharest and you expect 1500 a month, sorry, but someone is pulling your leg.
