I have a situation .Invested in Dubai and Abu-Dhabi. Dont want to continue paying. Looking for smbd to shareown a unit 50-50.
Please explain how to do this legally? How th eprocedure works?
What are the fine? and what are the milestones!

you can sign a join ownership agreement. But depends on the price, you have to think why somebody has to invest 50% in your property?

For example? if i can not pay until the end and the second investor is in the same situation. Consolidating our investment we can reach the end of construction!

Well, that one depends on the developer if the developer will allow such consolidation.
