Company House registration or Not for your Real estate company

Hello All,
Looking for some advice. I currently run a company (SME) which was established over 4 and a half years ago. The company is registered to provide accounting services. So not related to real estate.
Now starting a seconded venture which is real estate. My question are;
Do you advice that I register the new company at company house or create it as a subsidiary of the registered company? Thank you

It is Highly Recommended that you set up a new company. You will have a headache trying to get a mortgage in a "trading company" even if you never used it before.

Mortgage Lenders like clean, new companies with no history or baggage that could surprise them.
