Hi there!
I’m from London and currently in the process of finding a premises to open my retail business.
At present, it’s proving to be quite a challenge. I suspect that since the pandemic began, estate agent sites are struggling to update their listing with all recent commercial lettings. As well as that, many agents seem inundated - thus difficult to keep in contact with.
Does anybody know how I could reach commercial landlords directly without the middle ground of an estate agency?
Any advice would be appreciated!
