Hi,
I am not sure whether you are interested in the area of Fortelza, Noth East of Brazil. I have purchased a plot through a UK developer. After being to their site at Ebuaca, which is located 100 km north east of Fortaleza and is between the villages of Mundau to the north and Flexeiras to the south. Their representatives in Forteleza ( they have a sister company) gave me a site visit. I loved the location and decided to buy.
