Sorry if this thread is in the wrong place.
Does anyone know anythying about this company?

Ive received a letter asking me to attend a summer promotion in return for a 'Free holiday' (well, apart from the £29.50 admin fee) in Spain, Turkey, Austria or Tenerife.

Smells like timeshare sales to me, but I wondered if anyone had experience of them or indeed, their 'summer exhibition'.

Thanks for any help.

Hi Hatch

Club la costa is a timeshare operation. They have a base here in the Costa del Sol in Mijas Costa.

The presentation will be about 4 hours long and high pressure sales tactics are used to get you to buy. You will qualify for the "free" holiday though providing you turn up at the presentation and sit through it. (irrespective of whether you buy)

Hope it helps

Lisa
Thanks for that, I thought as much.

One question though- is the 'free holiday' a decent one and worth the pain?

It is timeshare and if you are strong enough to say no then it is a good holiday for the cost of about 4 hours.

Be sure that you will say no and stick to it as most people think they will just do the tour and say no but when it happens they make it sound so affordable that you think well it is actually a good idea.
