Cheap property in EU with Winter snow?

Looking at buying a cheap property to renovate in the EU.

Ideally would like a place with warm weather and snow in the winter.

Any Country/area ideas?

There are actually plenty of cheap resale or rural properties in Bulgaria at the moment, as I see it, so that might be the angle you should look for!
I heard from some friends there are holiday apartments for sale for under 10' Euros - resales of course, furnished and managed! The city props must be also down in price I think as the market is not booming!:dontknow:
