I want to know how much is the good price for nowdays for Chapal projects and is there any good and bad exoerience from this developer.

I checked The Destiny Tower for you. There are three units in the market:
Betterhomes, 1 bed, 850 sqft with 765,211 which is good price. Eqarat and Rustar also have one unit; 730 sqft from 766,787 and 950,000 respectively.

So, the unit in betterhomes seems relatively quite cheap.

Theye did not deliver anything so I believe nobody can have real experience. Better to check construction status yourself if you are serious on this developer.
