I am an engineer working in Canada, and I need to alter my career in business. I am very interested in passive income, but haven't decided on to which field should I get into. I feel that the best possible finance, investment would be to turn a private lender or begin as a partner with some of the mortgage brokers like 5 year Mortgage Rate, Canada. Please help me out, as I am really confused, if I should get into this or not. Any and all inputs will be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much in advance.
