Yes it is half an hour from Fortaleza in a small fishing village, there are plans for a golf coure development nearby, marina and further tourism infrastructure in the area. I own a plot there with a sea view it represents good value for money and the area is up and coming, not to mention with the Fifa World Cup 2014 and Fortaleza will be a host city...
