cancelling a contract

i am trying to cancel a contract on a property i have purchased
i am using a solicitor but they are not that helpful in assisting with trying to get my deposit back
does anybody know or can recommend a decent turkish solicitor?

If you havr signed a contract and paid a deposit you are very unlikely to get this back.

First thing I want to ask is why you want to cancel the contract...Are you cancelling without a reason or because of the fault of the company?Where did you purchase this property?Maybe I can help you...

yeah...good luck with retrieving your money....unless the contract has been broken by the developer or agent then I'm sorry to say you will have problems.
