Stable? Aren't they at the highest they've ever been? Do you think this is a permanently high plateau?

That's why its better to buy property while the value is still low. ANyway, good news to here it is stable for this year.

Ya right my friend a strong economy will support stable Canadian house prices over the next two years even with expected increasing mortgage rates, according to RBC(Royal Bank Of Canada).

And this is good news for us that prices will be stable this year.

So this is good time to buy a home in Canada.
