Some so-called property experts have been forecasting a recession in 2017 for various parts of the worldwide real estate market. However, are these not the same people who missed the 2008/9 worldwide economic collapse which was based upon a reckless US sub-prime mortgage market?
While it is good to see different opinions about possible movements in property prices in the short to medium term, can you really trust them?
