Can an agent promote a property before Tanc are signed

An agent has put a property i co-own on his site without my consent. He has only my ex husband ok.
I own 50 percent and my name is on the deed.
He has set a price I don:t agree with.

Is he in his right?

As far as I know, no, that's not right. Legally you cannot sell a property unless all co-owners agree to the sale.
I hope you manage to sort this out!
